Ohio Man Sentenced for Painkiller, Cocaine Distribution

An Ohio man was sentenced for his in a painkiller and cocaine distribution ring Wednesday in Ohio County.

 Dustin Namack, 37, of Adena, Ohio, was sentenced to 15 months in prison for his role in a for his role in a painkiller and cocaine distribution ring, United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II, announced Wednesday. 

Namack pleaded guilty in July 2014 to one count of “Conspiracy to Distribute Schedule II and Schedule III Controlled Substances” after an investigation by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and the Ohio Valley Drug and Violent Crime Task Force.

Assistant U.S. Attorney John Parr prosecuted the case on behalf of the government.

Senior U.S. District Judge Frederick P. Stamp presided.
