A man from Ohio serving life in prison with no chance for parole has lost his appeal for a lighter sentence Wednesday.

Brogan Rafferty, 20, was charged with murdering three men who were lured to Noble County by fake Craigslist job offers.

An appeals court in Ohio rejected the request on Wednesday.

He argued in his appeal that a confession was coerced and that he was denied a chance to argue he acted under pressure in the killings.
