Pennsylvanian Man Mistaken For Suspected Murderer

A Pennsylvania man says he has been stopped by law enforcement and questioned at least 20 times since the search for suspected killer Eric Frein started.

James Tully walks about five miles each way to work at a manufacturing company, and say at first he didn’t mind, but he believes police went to far last week.

He recounts that an unmarked SUV pulled up, the driver jumped with a rifle at Tully’s head, and he ordered him to the ground.

Troopers in marked vehicles arrived and cleared his name, but later discovered at the hospital that he suffered from bruised ribs.

Some people who heard his story decided to help with a go-fund-me website, and at least one person has offered to give him a car.
