Police are investigating a two vehicle fatal accident that occurred on Thursday afternoon.
Mark D. Clemons, 54, of Naperville IL was killed in the accident.
The other vehicle was holding 86 year old Benny Fernandez and Dolores Fernandex, 84, both of Langeloth, PA.
The Clemons vehicle drove off of the south edge of US 22 and sideswiped The Fernandezes.
The Clemons vehicle then traveled off the south edge of US 22, striking a tree, embankment and then overturned.
Clemons was announced dead at the scene.
Benny Fernandez was not injured. Dolores Fernandex was transported to Weirton Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries.
All occupants were wearing their seatbelts.
The crash is still under investigation.
