Authorities in Minneapolis are looking for two suspects after woman was shot four times after a road rage incident Tuesday evening.
According to CBS Affiliate WCCO the victim told authorities she was shot around 5 PM in the middle of rush hour.
The woman said a Jeep Cherokee cut her off in traffic, so she honked at the driver. The Cherokee pulled up next to her and a passenger in the jeep began to shoot, hitting her four times.
Authorities say she was shot three times in the arm arm and once in the abdomen. The injuries are non-life-threatening.
Both the shooter and the driver were described as being men in their 20s, and the suspected shooter had shoulder-length black dreadlocks a black handgun.
The Cherokee is said to be beige with tinted windows.
Todd Loining of the Minneapolis police told WCCO, “This is a very heavily traveled area, and we believe there are people out there that most likely witnessed this incident. We’re asking folks to come forward and help us solve this case.”
