Belmont County officials will hold a public hearing about the proposed ethane cracker plant Thursday night.
This plant would have a huge impact on the economy, bringing in 800-1,000 permanent jobs.
The plant could also lead to billions of dollars investments including from the big chemical company PTT Global.
The hearing will be at Shadyside High School starting at 6.
