Retailers are already trying to get a leg up on holiday shopping, opening on Thursday for Black Friday deals and some already offering their Cyber Monday deals.

Amazon kicked things off a few days ago by offering a new sale every 10 minutes. Now other larger retailers are trying to catch up by offering special deals online starting Thanksgiving, like Target, which is offering free shipping on all orders until Dec. 20.

For those who like the rush of being in the stores, here are some tech deals to look for. iPads should be a hot seller as Wal-Mart plans to knock $40 off the iPad Mini along with a $30 gift card. Staples is cutting as much as $80 off the price while Best Buy is knocking $100 off the new iPad Air. Best Buy also might be the place for laptops too as they’re offering the MacBook Air for less than $800 and HP Envy for around $500.

A helpful tip for those stuck waiting in line, go online and check out the prices at other stores because most retailers will price match even if it’s a cyber-only company like Amazon.

Looking for games for the kids? Toys R Us and Gamestop are selling Xbox One bundles at a $70 discount. Several other stores are throwing in a few free games when purchasing a game system.
