A  vendor at the Rogers Flea Market in Rogers, Ohio is no longer permitted to sell or give away any animals after a video surfaced on Facebook of a non-responsive puppy in a cage at the flea market.

Rogers Community Auction Inc issued a statement Wednesday night saying they do not permit the sale or giving away of any animals by vendors or visitors at their flea market. They also ask that their patrons respect their “No Pets” policy as well.
