The Ohio State Highway Patrol has released the mug shot of the man at the center of their search.
OSHP said Friday morning that 31-year-old Mario Mondesir, of Pennsylvania, took off running from a chase that ended on Interstate 470 in St. Clairsville Thursday night.
Mondesir is 5’4″ and was last seen wearing a grey shirt and black pants.

-The suspect’s name is Mario Mondesir, 31, of New Jersey. He is still on the loose. He’s described as a black male, 6″2. He was last seen wearing a grey shirt and black pants. He may be armed and is considered dangerous. You are urged to contact police immediately if you think you spot someone matching his description or acting suspicious.
-There was a woman in the car at the time of incident. Her name is Dominique Maria Bolling, 24, of Philadelphia, PA.
She’s since been arrested and taken to Belmont County Jail on felony charges.
-The BMW involved in the incident has fake Delaware registration tags, it’s actually stolen out of New York.

They were able to use spike strips to stop his car but that didn’t stop him. He then got out of the car, ran up a steep embankment and into the woods.
The suspect is described as a black male wearing a gray sweatshirt and black pants.
“We’re still working to identify him. For our understanding he may have a weapon on him so if anyone spots him we urge them not to approach him, call the Belmont County Sheriff’s Department or the Highway Patrol and officers will be dispatched to the area,” said
Officers were searching in the I-470 area near the Fox Run. Multiple departments were on scene.
