A New Cumberland city employee who allegedly view hundreds of online images of child pornography was back in court Wednesday morning after being indicted by the grand jury.
Michael Staub entered a not guilty plea to possession of sexually explicit materials depicting minors.
Staub was arrested on February 13th after a months long investigation led by the West Virginia State Police.
Staub is a sewer plant operator and recently filed as a candidate for City Council.
He’s due back in court on April 29th.
