Sistersville Residents Killed in Florida Highway Crash

According to our sister station WBOY, Five people are dead and two children are in the hospital after a two-vehicle collision on a highway near Jacksonville, Florida on Tuesday.

Florida Highway Patrol said Daniel P. Eden Jr., 29, and Brandy R. Eden, 24, both of Sistersville, WV were killed when their Toyota Camry crossed the double yellow lines and collided with a Nissan Maxima headed southbound.  

Two children, also from Sistersville, are listed in critical condition at a Florida hospital.

A passenger from Florida in Edens’ vehicle, along with two other Florida residents in the Nissan, were also killed in the accident.

Florida State troopers said the adults were not wearing seat belts
