Mother nature mixed up her days while putting the season together. Around one inch of snow fell in the hilltops causing early morning travelers to sweep and scrape the windows Tuesday morning. Interstates looked good overall with accumulations mainly on the grassy areas. Some light accumulations where noted on driveways, sidewalks, and secondary roads.
Is it strange to get snow in March? Meteorologist Brian Davis said that he has seen snow before all the way into the southeastern States at the end of March. “While it is not as likely, we can have snow in march” says Brian. Brian says we are in for a very big warm up as we move into Wednesday. Some showers, windy conditions, and even some rumbles of thunder will be possible. All of this followed again by some light snow showers possible on Friday.
