A new South Wheeling business owner has definitely made a good impression on his new neighbors.
Michael Dormacker just opened Mike’s South Wheeling Pawn on Jacob’s Street.
His grand opening and ribbon Cutting was held last Monday, and right after the ribbon was cut, he made a donation to support local kids.
Dormacker donated $500 to the City of Wheeling for the Polaski Playground on 45th Street.
“I just want to give a little bit back to the community. They have been really receptive to me and I’m grateful. I’m grateful, I’m in a position to be able to do that for the community,” said Dormacker.
Michael says he wants to make sure the kids in the area enjoy their upcoming summer.
