A Steubenville man was taken into custody on drug charges Feb. 2 after an investigation found he was allegedly bringing drugs into Jefferson County.
Kelvin Grishorn, 21, was arrested by members of the Steubenville Police Department and the Jefferson County Drug Task Force on drug trafficking charges.
Authorities said police and U.S. Marshals surrounded Grishorn at 427 North 6th Street where he eventually surrendered.
