Several road projects could cause traffic tie-ups this week in Belmont County and Ohio County.
County Highway 54, also known as Pipe Creek Road, will be closed for the next three weeks starting Monday morning at 8 a.m. Crews will be working on a slip repair project near Mead Township Road.
Tar Run Road in Richland Township will also be closed beginning Monday morning for a bridge replacement. No completion date has been set.
The West Virginia Division of Highways is closing the 16th Street on-ramp Monday morning so that crews can repave the ramp.
The DOH is asking for drivers to use the Market Street ramps to get to the Wheeling Tunnel. Weather permitting, the paving should be complete by Wednesday.
