Traffic is now flowing on Ohio State Route 7 Southbound, just north of Brilliant.
Earlier today, a blast caused the rock wall barrier to be moved into the southbound lanes.
ODOT Spokesperson Becky Giaugue tells 7News that the mess was cleared up and traffic began moving around 2:30 this afternoon.
Crews will review video footage of the blast to see what went wrong.
The work is all part of a $30 million project to excavate approximately 2.8 million cubic yards of unstable material.
