A trial date has been set for a Toronto, Ohio man accused of gross sexual imposition involving a 10-year-old.
However, that October 8 date will likely be pushed back do to evaluations being filed by his attorney.
David Kacel was arrested back on July 19 for the incident that police believe only happened once.
He remains in the Jefferson County jail on a $100,000 bond.
