Three suspects allegedly involved in a burglary at a Wintersville home where 19 firearms were stolen made their first appearance in court together on Wednesday.

Joseph Walenciej, Tyler Pesta, and Chelsea Beveridge all entered a plea of ‘not guilty’ to their laundry list of charges including breaking and entering, grand theft and grand theft of firearms.

Walenciej is facing additional charges of resisting arrest, assault on a police officer and carrying a concealed weapon. It is alleged that on July 25, the three went into a home in Wintersville and stole guns, laptop computers, tvs, stereo equipment, jewelry, cash and other items.

One of the stolen guns was allegedly used in a shooting at a Steubenville park on August 24.
