He may be the most popular Republican running for president this year, but he’s not coming to West Virginia.
Donald Trump’s calendar has stops in New Hampshire, South Carolina and Mississippi coming up, but no visits to our area.
A poll out last summer showed that more West Virginian’s chatted about Trump on Facebook, than in any other state.
Most candidates are focused on the first primaries, but people are divided on whether he should eventually come to the Mountain state:
“Truthfully I think what Donald trump says, or whatever does, I mean he’s looking in the best interests of everyone, I think,” said West Virginia Voter Margaret Wilkinson.
Some voters want Trump to visit the state’s declining fossil fuel industry in the hope that, if Trump wins, they might see a more pro-coal White House
West Virginia‘s Presidential primary is not until May 10th.
