Two Guns Found when Routine Traffic Stop is Made


A Bethesda man, Nikolas Adam Harris, was pulled over along Maple Avenue for driving without a seat belt and talking on

a cell phone while driving Monday afternoon.

Once officers made the stop they found marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and drug equipment in the car.

Police also said they found two firearms in the vehicle.

Now, Harris is being charged with Possession with intent to distribute marijuana, carrying

concealed weapons without a license, cell phone use while driving, and no seat belt. 

He remained in the Northern Regional Jail under $22,500 bond on Tuesday.
