Two people were arrested on outstanding warrants out of Belmont County Tuesday afternoon after they were found at a residence in Bellaire.
Bellaire police in cooperation with the Belmont County Drug Task force and the Belmont County Children Services arrested Kayla Williams, 27, of 1720 Guernsey Street, Bellaire, and Larry Kurtley, 25, of Martins Ferry at Williams’ residence Tuesday afternoon.
Williams was arrested on possession of drug paraphernalia, permitting drug abuse, and a warrant out of Northern Belmont County Court.
Kurtley was arrested on a theft warrant stemming from an incident on Nov. 16 where authorities said he was caught on video stealing a donation box from the counter at the BP gas station on Belmont Steet iStreetlaire.
Both Williams and Kurtley had a no bond stipulation on
Larry Kurtley, 25, of Martins Ferry was reportedly seen on video stealing a donation box from the counter at the BP gas station at 2998 Belmont Street. The incident happened on Nov. 16.
Both Williams and Kurtley had a no bond stipulation on the outstanding warrant and were transported to the Belmont County Jail. Additional charges are pending.
