Two Men Behind Bars After Monroe County Drug Arrests

Two Quaker City men are in jail after being busted for trafficking and possessing meth and pills in Monroe County.

29-year-old Thomas Snider is charged with trafficking and two counts of possession.  38-year-old Charles Harper is charged with child endangerment and complicity to trafficking.

Monroe County Sheriff Charles Black says there were two children with the men at the time of the arrests, ages thee and nine. Harper’s children were placed with other family members.

Both men are jailed in Noble County because Monroe County has no jail.
