U.S. Marshals Arrest Sex Offender in Weirton for Failure to Register


A Pennsylvania man has been arrested in Hancock County after he failed to Register as a Sex Offender.

The U.S. Marshals of the Mountain State Fugitive Task Force have arrested Henry Cutler after receiving word from authorities in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, that he was in the Ohio Valley.

A team searched a home on Cove Road in Weirton, and found Cutler hiding in the attic. 

Cutler is now in the Northern Regional jail, awaiting his extradition to Pennsylvania.
