UPDATE: Bella Via Restaurant Closed, Property Will Be Sold

A popular Ohio valley restaurant has closed its doors.

On Monday, signs found hanging on the door of the Bella Via restaurant in Elm Grove read, “Starting September 8, the Bella Via will be permanently closed.”

On Tuesday morning, Charlie Zambito, the man who owns the property, confirmed that the restaurant was closed by its current owner John Kuzma, who bought the restaurant from Zambito six years ago. Zambito had previously run the restaurant for 40 years.

Zambito has re-acquired the property, and said it will now be sold through Paull Associates in Wheeling.
