US Marshals have arrested a man police believe was involved in a fatal shooting in East Wheeling back in October.
U.S. Marshals arrested Rocco Pandoli in the 1500 block of Oregon Avenue in Steubenville, Tuesday night.
Deputy U.S. Marshals received information that Pandoli was associated with a female in the Steubenville area. After conducting numerous hours of surveillance, police arrested Pandoli.
Pandoli was wanted for Aiding and Abetting a Murder involving another recent Marshal Service arrest of Dallas Acoff in result of an investigation conducted by the Wheeling Police Department.
