Two of the four men arrested after they were found with multiple weapons in a Bellaire Cemetery entered their pleas in a Belmont County courtroom Thursday.
19-year-old Gregory Carter Jr. initially pleaded guilty to his charges. However, he then changed his plea to not guilty. He was allegedly carrying a gun.
18-year-old Jessie Morris pleaded guilty to his charges after police say he was shining a laser into moving vehicles.
19-year-old Jordan Conaway, of Bellaire was a no-show. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Earlier this week, Eric Paul Geisel, 19, of Bellaire entered a not guilty plea to his charges. Geisel was reportedly carrying a hatchet when the group was picked up at a Bellaire cemetery. He’s due back in court on October 20
Morris will be sentenced on October 13 at 10:30 a.m.. Carter Jr. will have a pretrial conference on October 27.
