Weir High exercised some demons on Friday night by beating Magnolia 24-21 at Jimmy Carey Stadium on Homecoming.
The victory snapped an eight-game losing streak against the Blue Eagles, and was a fifth straight for the Red Riders.
Marley Harris was named Homecoming Queen.
Weir, now 6-1 on the season, hosts Ritchie County next Friday night.
The Blue Eagles slip to 2-4, and host No.1 St.Marys next Friday.
