Wesley Clark Held on $5-Million Cash Bond


 Wesley Clark, the Carroll County man who was indicted for murder by the Harrison County Grand Jury Friday, has refused council in court Tuesday afternoon.

A not guilty plea was entered on Clark’s behalf by the Harrison County court. He is currently held on a $5-million cash bond. Clark refused to turn himself in which resulted in a man hunt. A pretrial hearing will be set at the next available date.

He was remanded over to the Harrison County Sheriff’s Department and will be transferred to a correctional facility in Columbus, Ohio.
