The Wrestling team at West Liberty University has taken on a special fundraiser to help out a little boy who is dealing with a difficult battle
4-year-old Holdyn Keefer was diagnosed with Leukemia last month.

Holdyn loves the sport of wrestling, so the team has designated it’s February 12th home match as “Team Holdyn Night”, which also happens to be his fifth birthday.
Since he wont be able to attend, the match will be live streamed through periscope.
The team will also be selling t-shirts, 50/50 and collecting donations to help the family with medical and travel expenses.

“We sent a care package to him with a whole bunch of wrestling gear,t-shirts, head gear, a card signed by our whole program towards him,” Head Coach Mitch Smith. “Let it know he has a home here at west liberty and a second family too.”

The team plans to meet Holdyn this spring.

If you can’t attended the wrestling match and would like to make a donation you can do so but visiting Holdyn Keefer GoFundMe Page.
