Western Pa. Man Robbed in Park

CANONSBURG, Pa. (AP) – Police say a western Pennsylvania man was robbed in a park at gunpoint after he took his children swimming.

Sgt. Don Cross says the robbery happened at about 5 p.m. Saturday at the Canonsburg Town Park, according to the Observer-Reporter (http://bit.ly/1qsiJRO ). That’s about 20 miles southwest of Pittsburgh.

The man told police that an older four-door silver Buick pulled up and two men got out and robbed him. The car may have had out-of-state license plates.No arrests have been made, and the investigation is continuing.
