The man who was arrested after a massive drug bust in Wetzel County will spend the next one-to-15 years behind bars.
Judge Jeff Cramer sentenced Ethan Tyler Blizzard to one-to-15 years in prison for Possession of Heroin With the Intent to Deliver.
Blizzard was arrested in January after police found more than 750 stamps of heroin worth nearly $17,000 in a house on South Main Street.
Blizzard pleaded guilty to his charges in March. His co-defendant, Tami Anderson pleaded guilty last week. Anderson was also sentenced to one-to-15 years in the West Virginia Penitentiary for Women.
After one year in prison, Blizzard may be able to enter a treatment facility as part of a plea agreement. Blizzard was also fined $10,000.
Blizzard’s parents spoke in the courtroom, asking for their son to get treatment.
