A Wheeling man has pleaded guilty to heroin and cocaine trafficking charges in Federal Court on Tuesday.
United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II says Mark Louis Flint, II, 30, conspired with other individuals to possess and distribute heroin and cocaine in October 2015 in Ohio County.
Flint pleaded guilty to one count of “Conspiracy to Distribute Schedule I and Schedule II Controlled Substances.”
He faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $1,000,000.
