Wheeling Park High School junior Phillip Bledsoe has been chosen as the WTRF / Robinson Auto Group Athlete of the Week.
Bledsoe, a 6-5 jumping jack, is averaging big numbers–21 points per game and a whopping 14 rebounds. He’s taken on a much bigger role this season with the loss of senior guard Ryan Reinbeau in the fourth game of the season, and several other teammates, who were ruled out prior to the season with football-related injuries.
Bledsoe is receiving college attention from the Naval Academy and several others.
