Woman Accused of Slicing Husband’s Throat Mentally Competent to Stand Trial

The woman accused of slicing her husband’s neck with a knife, claiming she was dreaming about filleting a fish has been found mentally competent to stand trial.

Judith Jones is facing charges of attempted murder and two counts of felonious assault stemming from an incident in which she admittedly cut her husband’s throat in their Dillonvale home over the summer.

Jones’ trial date is set for March 17.
