Steubenville police arrested a woman on Thursday they say was carrying drug paraphernalia in her purse and bra.

Steubenville police say they found Teasha Blue walking in the 200 block of North Court Alley. Knowing she had a bench warrant out for her arrest in Toronto, police placed her under arrest. A search of her purse allegedly resulted in the discovery of a burnt silver spoon with white milky residue on the bottom.

When asked if she had any more drug paraphernalia on her, Blue reportedly replied “no.” However, officers at the jail say they found a needle in her bra loaded with blood and a brown substance. They also say they found another needle in her genitals. Blue is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug abuse instruments, possession of heroin, and conveyance into a detention facility.
