The grandmother of a 4-year-old Ohio boy whose image was published in a viral post by the City of East Liverpool has pleaded guilty to her charges.
Rhonda Pasek, 50, was found passed out from an overdose during a traffic stop on St. Claire Avenue.

She pleaded guilty to child endangering, public intoxication and to a seat belt violation. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail and to pay a $280 fine, according to CBS Affiliate WKBN.
The boy’s great uncle and great aunt in South Carolina petitioned the court for custody, which was granted Monday by a judge.

Pasek was granted custody of her grandson just six weeks ago. The child was taken from its mother after children services determined she was unfit to care for the boy, according to court documents.
James Acord, pleaded guilty to child endangerment and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was immediately sentenced to nearly one year in jail.
