For many there is simply nothing more enjoyable than eating a box of Thin Mints when Girl Scout Cookie season rolls around, but come January 2017, there may be something even better: Girl Scout Cookie-inspired cereals.
CBS News reports that you will soon be able to indulge in your favorite guilty pleasure for breakfast.
“The Girl Scouts Cookie cereals will be available nationwide in January,” confirms Mike Siemienas, Manager of Brand Media Relations for General Mills.
General Mills told CNN some of the proceeds will benefit the Girl Scouts of the United States of America. The Girl Scouts declined comment.
According to CBS News, the cereals will come in two varieties, Caramel Crunch (derived from Caramel deLites, a.k.a. Samoas) and Thin Mints, and they will only be available for a limited time.
General Mills is staying tight-lipped with other details, promising to release additional information closer to the cereals’ launch date.
