Alexa Trischler became a member of the WTRF team in March of 2019.
She serves as the weekend meteorologist and will also work as a reporter, covering various stories.
Alexa graduated from Rutgers University, with a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology, in May of 2017.
Alexa is originally from the New Jersey shore. She also has family from Pittsburgh.
She spent one year as a public sector meteorologist working for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection in Tallahassee, Florida.
Alexa enjoys spending time outdoors, especially at the beach, and she’s always up for trying fun, new experiences too!
Alexa is excited to predict the weather for the Ohio Valley and hopes to make everyone happy while doing so!
