Kathryn Ghion joined the WTRF team as an anchor and reporter in March of 2018.
She makes the move to the Ohio Valley after previously working covering the Morgantown area for our sister station WBOY. Prior to that, Kathryn worked in Pittsburgh doing play-by-play broadcasting for various sports. She is a proud alumna of Waynesburg University.
When not behind the anchor desk or out chasing a story, Kathryn enjoys spending time with her husband and son, taking a walk with her dog Bucky, cheering on the Pitt Panthers with her dad (sorry WVU fans!), going for a run and finding a great cup of coffee.
