ST. CLAIRSVILLE, Ohio (WTRF) — Two people were arrested in St. Clairsville Tuesday afternoon after allegedly stealing a vehicle, according to Lieutenant Brian McFarland of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
The arrests came after a short pursuit along I-70 in St. Clairsville and ended near the Ohio Valley Mall exit.
Both people are now in custody.
