Timothy Loehmann, the former Cleveland police officer who shot and killed 12-year-old Tamir Rice, has withdrawn his application to the Bellaire Police Department, according to Chief Dick Flanagan.
Many residents expressed concern after the hire was announced by Chief Flanagan.
