U.S. Congressman Bill Johnson (R-Ohio) stopped by the Ohio Valley Tuesday morning.
Johnson had the chance to speak and take questions at the National Federation of Independent Business meeting in Steubenville.
The Congressman spoke with local businesses about recent economic numbers and trends, tax reform, infrastructure, and other issues important to the group.
Following his remarks, he opened the floor for questions.
“Everywhere I go in this district, I try to talk to business owners about their challenges and how policies and regulations out of Washington are affecting them. Are they able to grow, hire and expand? Most people I hear from tell me they are,” Johnson said.
The NFIB meeting was held at Froehlich’s Classic Corner.
