Fans of the Ohio Valley’s food scene listen up!
Wheeling Health Right is preparing for its 26th annual Chefs Auction on May 3.
This year’s theme is “Friday Night Fever” and will feature some of the Ohio Valley’s favorite food for tasting.
The great food will stay the same, but there are a few changes this year.
Wheeling Health Right has partnered with QTEGO and you can now purchase tickets and register to bid in the silent and live auctions online. You can also check out the items beforehand.
“Which will make things way easier for the crowd as well as our employees and such,” explained Wheeling Health Right Assistant Director Kelly Clutter Brown. “You’ll be able to get through the lines a lot quicker. You’ll be able to bid from your phone.”
It’s just as simple as going to wheelinghealthright.com and clicking on “Friday Night Fever”.
“We’re getting into the boogie, the 70s,” Clutter Brown said. “‘Twice as Nice’ is our band this year. We encourage people to dress up, go with the theme, have fun, come as you are, but it’s a great time and it’ll be a lot of fun this year.”
Again, the annual Chefs Auction is on May 3rd beginning at 5:30 p.m. at Wesbanco Arena.
Tickets are $160 for couples and $85 for singles with all proceeds going to the clinic.
“We are the free and charitable clinic here in the Ohio Valley that serves five counties in West Virginia and Belmont County as well,” Clutter Brown added.
