UPDATE FROM OHIO COUNTY SHERIFF 9 A.M.
Sheriff Tom Howard says I-70 at the Pennsylvania state line will be shut down for hours, and the ensuing traffic back-up will continue.
He says the tractor has been removed, but the trailer is still on its side.
Sheriff Howard said it was hauling red food coloring which means a haz-mat team will have to be brought in.
It is unknown of when Exit 5 on the West Virginia side is expected to re-open.
Correction: It was originally reported that the tractor was hauling ink, when it was in fact hauling red food coloring. The story has been corrected to reflect the correct information.
