UPDATE:

All snow emergency levels for Belmont County and Monroe County have been removed.

Officials remind drivers to continue to use caution when traveling.

Belmont County has been placed under a level one snow emergency, according to the Belmont County Sheriff.

Monroe County is also under a level one.

A level one snow emergency means: Roads are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow. Roads are icy and drivers are warned to be cautious.
