(WTRF) - Chambers and James Funeral Homes will be making tribute books available for Ohio Valley residents who wish to send their sympathy to the Bush family.
According to a press release, the funeral home will be opened to area residents who want to send their sympathy and compassionate thoughts to the family of former First Lady Barbara (Pierce) Bush, who passed away April 17th at the age of 92.
Chambers and James Funeral Homes will be opened at their Wellsburg location today (Wednesday) through Friday from 9 a.m. until 4p.m.
Chambers and James Funeral Homes in Follansbee will be opened during following times for anyone wishing to sign the books:
- Today (Wednesday) until 4 p.m.
- Thursday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
"Everyone who experiences a loss has a different perspective," said Eric Fithyan, Rememberance Planner and Owner of the funeral homes, in a press release.
“Although most of us have never had the opportunity to meet Barbara Bush, there is a genuine feeling of care and concern that many people are experiencing and want to find a way to express. What better way than the way you do for your friends and neighbors.”
The book will be sent and present to the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library on the west campus of Texas A&M University.
