Monday is Martin Luther King Jr. Day and many local organizations are holding events to honor the late Dr. King.
Here’s a list of events:
Gospel Concert
- Time: 7:00 p.m.
- Wheeling Jesuit’s Troy Theater
March honoring Dr. King’s legacy
- Time: 10 a.m.
- Location: Corner of Hill Street and Weir Avenue
- March will officially start at 11 a.m.
- After the march, several guest speakers will talk to the crowd.
Storytelling
- Time: 7:00 p.m.
- Bethany College’s Renner Art Gallery
