The Ohio County Sheriff’s Department did their part Saturday to help children in our area.
The department was at Texas Roadhouse in the Highlands from 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. collecting toys, gifts, and donations that their placing in their big truck to take around to the kids in the community that may be in need.
It was a group effort to get this Stuff the Cruiser event to happen.
“The Roadhouse, actually contacted us and they really wanted to do something back for the community, and we’re so grateful to work with them,” said Ohio Co. Sheriff’s Dept Chief Deputy John Schultz.
The Sheriff’s Department accepted any and all donations given to them.
