One person has been hospitalized after a truck rolled over in Moundsville earlier this morning, according to the Moundsville Fire Department.
At around 7:50 a.m., the truck went off the road at Big Grave Creek by Litman Lane. The vehicle flipped over, trapping the driver inside the vehicle.
Fire and rescue units were able to get on the scene and get the driver out. HealthNet 10 was then able to airlift the driver to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, but no word has been given on the driver’s condition.
Responding to the rollover were the Moundsville Volunteer Fire Department, Roberts Ridge Volunteer Fire Department, Limestone Volunteer Fire Department, Glen Dale Volunteer Fire Department, Tri-state EMS, Marshall County Sheriff, West Virginia State Police and the West Virginia Department of Health.
