Bridgeport Police was dispatched to High Street at 10:25 Monday night to respond to a fight in progress.

Police say three people apparently began arguing inside a house, and the fight moved outside.

They say all three were arrested and transported to the Belmont County Jail.

According to police, 26-year-old Rachel Perrelli of Bridgeport is charged with possession of drug abuse instruments, possession of Schedule I and II substances and tampering with evidence.

They say Robert T. Bowling, 46, of Bridgeport is charged with felonious assault and obstructing justice.

And David Allen James Redman, 27, of Wheeling is charged with possession of drugs and drug abuse instruments.

Police say the incident was initially reported to be a stabbing, but that was because one of the combatants had reportedly grabbed a knife.

But they say no stabbing occurred.
